Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Conducting Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for new and existing customers in line with policies and regulations.
Performing periodic risk reviews and screening for PEPs, sanctions, adverse media, and financial crime links.
Providing training and expertise to Listings and Market Regulation teams regarding CDD practices.
Carrying out transaction monitoring for private market customers.
Maintaining and updating KYC/AML policies and procedures.
Supporting compliance monitoring through timely completion of tests and escalation of issues.
Preparing Enhanced Due Diligence reports and investigating irregularities or potential non-compliance.
Assisting with regulatory submissions and maintaining registers such as complaints and conflicts of interest.
Educating staff on compliance responsibilities and regulatory impacts through training initiatives.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a CDD/AML role and a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks. Experience with diverse corporate structures across jurisdictions is essential, along with the ability to work independently and under pressure. They will bring a methodical, organised approach, exceptional attention to detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.How To Apply
