Our client, a vibrant and innovative organisation, is offering an incredible opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Assistant Compliance Administrator.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Administering Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requests, including initial reviews and data entry.
Supporting risk assessments by contributing to evaluation sheets and assisting with vessel creation on internal systems.
Processing bank applications and maintaining company registers.
Ensuring company data is up to date by inputting information into the database and running reports.
Sending and managing third-party forms for completion.
Assisting with system transitions by inputting data and identifying gaps for remediation.
Conducting risk assessments and supporting reviews of client records to address CDD gaps.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in compliance or company secretarial administration, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. You’ll be proactive, forward-thinking, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines. Strong time management and decision-making skills are essential, and familiarity with tools like Outlook, Word, and Adobe is advantageous.
