As Head of Governance, you will take ownership and be ultimately responsible for all activities within the Governance Department. This includes overseeing procedures, technology, resourcing, training plans, culture, and managing client issues and incidents. Your leadership will ensure the department operates smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities
Duties will include, but not limited to;Providing ‘live’ management information to the executive Board, management reporting and presentation materials when required, and ensuring department acknowledge the importance of KPI’s and audit record.
Pro-actively review existing and new laws and regulations in all relevant jurisdictions, and ensure department and wider NT partners are kept aware of any changes as well as relevant updates to clients.
Providing corporate secretarial advice to other departments.
Representing the Governance Department at various internal committees, including new business considerations and exiting business.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a college or university degree and/or possess relevant proven work experience. They should have in-depth functional and industry knowledge. Experience with listed funds is desirable but not essential.How To Apply
