The purpose of this role is to work as a proactive member of the Regulatory & Financial Crime Compliance (RFC Department) to support good compliance standards with applicable local regulatory and financial crime laws and regulations and Groupwide compliance standards.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Dealing with day to day compliance queries, supported by senior team members.
Assisting with the take on of new business.
Being involved in remediating and reviewing KYC files and obtaining necessary documentation.
Supporting the team in completing work for compliance monitoring, audits and risk assessments.
Providing considered advice and guidance to the client facing teams.
Maintaining important team processes such as regulatory registers, providing compliance or financial crime advice etc
Being conversant in NavOne.

Skills / Qualifications

This role focuses on providing administrative support, with training provided for compliance, regulation, and legislation knowledge. Key attributes include strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and good interpersonal abilities.
