Junior Compliance Consultant

This Junior Compliance Consultant role involves supporting clients in meeting regulatory obligations and maintaining internal compliance frameworks. Under the guidance of senior team members, the consultant assists with compliance monitoring, anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), and risk management processes.

Responsibilities

Supporting clients with compliance monitoring.
Handling administrative tasks.
Fostering client relationships.
Promoting a culture of compliance.
Stay current with regulations.
Assist team members and liaise with regulatory authorities through marketing and event activities.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of AML, CFT, CPF, and regulatory compliance within the financial services sector, alongside knowledge of Guernsey’s rules and regulations. They will be proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised, with a strong command of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a friendly and supportive manner, are essential.
