An exciting opportunity awaits to lead the Finance function for our client, overseeing Balance Sheet Risk Management, Financial Reporting, and daily operations. This role is critical in establishing robust governance, controls, and monitoring to effectively manage prudential, conduct, and operational risk, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: ensuring accounting systems deliver accurate and timely financial information on business activities and performance; providing the Executive Committee and Board with insights into financial performance, highlighting any significant risks; ensuring the ICAAP is prepared in line with regulatory requirements; developing treasury policies to effectively manage liquidity and interest rate risk; and fostering a skilled, dedicated team to support seamless daily operations.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess degree-level education or equivalent experience, membership in ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or similar professional body, experience in developing, implementing, and reviewing business strategy and expertise in treasury and liquidity risk management.
