This position requires an ACA or ACCA qualified, or nearly qualified, professional with strong technical expertise in the accounting standards for closed-ended private equity funds.

Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to;Working as part of a team on the planning and preparation of financial reporting for a portfolio of private equity funds, ensuring reporting deadlines are met and the delivery of client accounting requirements (including annual accounts, management accounts and capital account statements) are in compliance with the Company’s contractual obligations.
Developing an understanding of all entities within the fund structure, the nature of their transactions and reporting requirements.
Ensuring that current accounting standards and best practice principles are applied to the accounts production process and kept current as such standards and principles develop.
Assisting with setting up reporting for new funds based on fund documents and client reporting requirements.
