As a Business Analyst, you will provide strategic thought leadership and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and drive the successful delivery of business and IT capabilities.

Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to standardise, streamline business processes, leveraging service centres (where appropriate) to improve efficiency.Review business processes to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks.
Drive business value through helping the business, identify, shape and embedded fit for purpose solutions.
Providing advice and support to Business in matters related to solutions design, delivery and implementation to ensure that change projects are delivered successfully.
Facilitate new starter on-boarding & induction training.
Work closely with the technology team to help demonstrate the value of technology to the business.
