The Team Leader has day-to-day front-line supervisory responsibilities for the Client Due Diligence “CDD” team providing services to internal and/or external clients.

Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to;Recruiting, training, mentoring and developing employees.
Overseeing the delivery of daily functions and tasks in order to meet client Service Level Agreements.
Researching, analysing and resolving complex client / investor inquiries.
Building working relationships with clients; being an advocate for the client.
Ensuring anti-money laundering and CDD procedures are strictly adhered to.
Assisting with the new business / client take on and ensuring a smooth operational roll out.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have Compliance / Regulatory monitoring / CDD / AML knowledge, experience of people management and knowledge of fund administration business (or similar Banking / Custody).How To Apply
