As a hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will work as part of a small team helping to deliver change projects, solving business issues, driving efficiency and change across the group.

Responsibilities
The dual role will be responsible for the facilitation of operational change, primarily focused on core administration platforms (Viewpoint/BankClarity/Allvue) as well as driving the delivery of process improvement initiatives including process mapping, workshop facilitation, improvement identification and workflow management.
Skills / Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role with experience of process and system improvement in the finance industry. Strong data analytical skills with advanced experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI or other management information products is also key for this role.
