In the role of Collection Advisor, you'll engage directly with customers to address outstanding debts, create customised payment plans, and provide clear guidance on payment options—all while ensuring a positive, supportive customer experience.

Responsibilities
In this role you will be required to update customer information daily, assess cases for potential gas supply disconnections as a last resort, and ensure support for vulnerable customers. The role also involves managing key relationships by coordinating with meter readers, submitting court documents, and liaising with external partners. Additionally, performance management, adherence to health and safety protocols, and flexibility in handling other duties as needed are essential to this position.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, be confident in managing and enforcing payment plans, and accurately record meter readings. A full, clean manual driving licence and solid skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are also required.
