Our client is seeking a dedicated Compliance Assistant Administrator to join their Compliance Team. This permanent role is essential in supporting the Compliance Manager to ensure the organisation consistently meets its high professional and regulatory standards. Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Monitoring the central inbox, handling queries, and escalating issues as necessary.
Promptly responding to requests with a clear understanding of internal policies and client needs.
Assisting in processing new business, trigger event packs, and client due diligence (CDD) workflows.
Maintaining and updating compliance registers accurately.
Reconciling daily signed minutes.
Processing file closures and supporting GDPR compliance through record reviews.
Completing regulatory filings, maintaining company seals, and managing registered office displays.
Preparing information for quarterly board reports.
Supporting various compliance-related projects and tasks as directed by the Compliance Manager.
Ensuring all communication—written or verbal—is professional, courteous, and precise.
Attending relevant courses to enhance technical knowledge and pursuing professional development where applicable.
