Our client is looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage the onboarding process for new pension plans while supporting compliance and business development activities. This role requires close collaboration with clients, members, and professional advisors, ensuring a seamless and professional service.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Managing administration tasks related to gathering documentation and client data for new pension plans.
Collecting and verifying customer due diligence (CDD) information and updating internal systems.
Liaising with clients, members, and professional advisors to provide a professional service.
Assisting with the administration surrounding business development activities.
Opening bank accounts and conducting client periodic reviews.
Supporting the Onboarding and Implementation Manager in team training.
