A dynamic and locally-run bank, is seeking a Customer Operations Representative to join their Customer Operations Department. This exciting role involves delivering excellent customer service through various communication channels, acting as a professional and friendly face for the organisation.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Providing first-class customer service across all communication channels.
Communicating effectively, efficiently, and in a friendly manner with customers and colleagues.
Offering accurate and relevant information when handling phone enquiries.
Covering reception duties and associated tasks as required.
Responding to the Info Line within Company Service Standards.
Managing daily Work Lists in line with Company Service Standards.
Delivering support for the organisation’s online platform.
Adhering to CPD (Continued Professional Development) requirements in line with qualification level and in-house procedures.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and customer-oriented professional with a strong foundation in Maths and English (GCSE A-C grades or equivalent experience). They will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers, demonstrating professionalism when handling customer dissatisfaction. With knowledge of banking products and services, they will have a proven capacity to learn and adapt to new offerings.
