Our client is an industry powerhouse, recognized for setting benchmarks in fiduciary and corporate services while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. They are searching for an exceptional and visionary Associate Director to join their senior leadership team.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Providing first-class service in the management of client structures and delivering on client objectives.
Identifying and developing solutions to meet client needs, anticipating technical challenges, and implementing effective policies and strategies.
Acting as an “A” class Signatory for the firm and serving as a Director on client company boards and secondary licensee companies as needed.
Building and developing existing client relationships, promoting new business opportunities through professional networks.
Managing operational risks in line with professional standards and regulatory requirements, while identifying and implementing process improvements.
Leading and inspiring one of the firm’s administration teams, promoting teamwork, professional development, and effective communication.
Developing and delivering new products and services to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Analyzing business performance with the senior management team, implementing strategies to meet budgetary and performance goals.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in fiduciary or corporate services, holding a relevant high-level qualification such as CGI/STEP or a professional accounting designation. They will bring extensive people management expertise, a proactive approach to client service, and a strong commercial outlook.
