As a Trust Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring all activities are handled with accuracy, efficiency and work closely with a fantastic team.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Administering a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Communicating effectively with beneficiaries, bankers, auditors, property advisers, agents, lawyers, and in-house tax teams.
Preparing correspondence and providing general administrative support to team members.
Managing fee collection processes and assisting with the resolution of outstanding debts.
Addressing compliance review points promptly and adhering to all regulatory and internal guidelines.
Maintaining strong communication with colleagues and management to ensure cohesive teamwork.
Proactively using learning resources to develop skills and enhance professional expertise.
