Responsibilities
Marshalling the aircrafts.Meeting and guiding passengers through the arrival and departure process.
Assisting with the transfer of medical patients.
Loading and unloading baggage.
Assisting with aircraft refuelling.
Towing aircratfs.
Aircraft cleaning (interior & exterior).
Carrying out equipment checks to ensure that all hangar equipment is in safe and serviceable condition.
Ensuring that the security of the hangar ad associated apron areas is maintained.
Helping to maintain administration aspects of the role from time to time such as; invoicing, cash payments and authorities form compliance.
Providing out of hours call coverage on a rostered basis for medical flights and alarm call outs.
Skills / Qualifications
A current driving license.Computer literate.
Clear attention to detail.
Unquestionable ability to deal with clients in a professional manner.
Proven team-based skills.
Robust understanding and awareness of health, safety and regulatory requirements.
Ability to work under pressure.
Consistently able to adhere to deadlines.
Be fully flexible in hours.
