Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Gaining practical experience managing mortgage transactions, including advances, renewals, repayments, and associated tasks.
Assisting with borrower and property due diligence, ensuring compliance and identifying risks according to lending policies.
Supporting the receipt and processing of mortgage loan applications from the front office and managing renewals and repayments from client services.
Assisting in liaising with solicitors, valuers, and other professionals on behalf of the fund.
Reviewing legal and financial documents, preparing summaries, and learning submission processes to the Credit Committee.
Supporting loan completion and recovery processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
