Our client is looking for an ambitious and analytical individual to join their team as a Consulting Trainee, where you will contribute to impactful projects, gain valuable industry knowledge, and receive full support towards a professional qualification.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Producing advisory reports and presentations.
Liaising with clients’ advisors and stakeholders.
Managing tasks effectively to deliver projects on time.
Representing the company professionally with clients, investment managers, and other stakeholders.
Developing expertise in specialist teams, such as investment consultancy or insurance.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and motivated individual with strong mathematical skills, including an A-level in Mathematics and a relevant degree (2:1 or higher). Proficiency in Word, Excel, and email communication is essential, along with excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. They should be able to work independently after an initial briefing while thriving in a team environment. While prior experience in financial services is beneficial, it is not required.
