A dynamic and trusted organisation specialising in delivering tailored solutions to private clients, trusts, and corporate entities are looking for an Administrator to join their Private Client Services team.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Administering a defined portfolio of clients, including Trusts, Companies, Foundations, and Limited Partnerships.
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with team members, intermediaries, clients, and advisors.
Supporting the Senior Administrator, Assistant Manager, or Manager in training Assistant Administrators as required.
Managing billing and debt collection for your client portfolio.
Conducting initial reviews of working papers files for annual accounts or financial statements.
Monitoring, acquiring, and disposing of assets in line with the Office Procedures Manual.
Drafting correspondence, Board/Trustee minutes, and checklists as necessary.
Organising and maintaining client files to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant.
