Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Leading ad-hoc compliance projects, taking full ownership and driving processes to completion.
Ensuring adherence to local legislation, internal policies, and procedures.
Providing additional support to the Compliance Team, covering a range of administrative and regulatory tasks.
Conducting Periodic Reviews and Customer Risk Assessments.
Managing compliance-related administrative tasks, including setting tasks and tracking regulatory updates.
Assessing incoming Customer Due Diligence (CDD) to ensure alignment with internal and external compliance regulations.
Monitoring compliance mailboxes, processing ongoing screening, and handling trigger event documentation.
Assisting the Compliance Director with administrative tasks, including policy updates and tracking document changes.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a compliance-related role and demonstrate strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills. A background in trust administration, knowledge of relevant software applications, and familiarity with administrative procedures would be advantageous. You should be a team player with a proactive mindset and a keen eye for detail. A relevant professional qualification in fiduciary services would be desirable but not essential.
