Known for delivering bespoke investment solutions, our client is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end client take-on process. In this role, you’ll ensure new clients are onboarded smoothly, handling due diligence, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance while working closely with investment advisors to create a first-class client journey.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Managing client take-on processes in accordance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with Guernsey AML/CFT regulations.
Reviewing and maintaining client due diligence records, including enhanced due diligence measures.
Performing client file reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Liaising with clients and investment advisors to facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
Handling general administration of client portfolios using internal client administration systems.
Presenting at the New Business Committee and assisting with meeting minutes as required.
Supporting project work and assisting with additional tasks assigned by the Manager.
