Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Providing an efficient and professional sales service for customers.
Striving for customer excellence by offering clear, accurate, and honest advice on products and services.
Ensuring every customer leaves with a fully functional service or is well-informed about their service activation timeline.
Demonstrating and selling a range of mobile and residential services.
Handling customer queries and resolving complaints efficiently, ensuring responses are provided within one working day.
Assisting with training new team members as required.
Maintaining full competency in all computerised systems relevant to the sales process.
Attending and participating in necessary training and staff briefings.
Meeting personal and group sales targets.
Processing customer orders and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
