Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Leading and supporting the delivery of projects as required, either as a project leader or as part of a larger project team.
Managing plant development projects to maintain and enhance the operational effectiveness of the organisation’s infrastructure.
Overseeing contractors employed on projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of ongoing projects across the organisation and escalating issues or risks to the Portfolio Management Office Manager.
Ensuring that portfolio progress is accurately and consistently reported to relevant stakeholders.
Ensuring adherence to defined project delivery, management, and governance processes, with appropriate approvals at each stage.
Initiating projects correctly, ensuring that clear requirements and goals are established from the outset.
Implementing project management standards and processes in line with company policies and risk management strategies.
Ensuring that all health and safety considerations are appropriately resourced and managed.
