Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their Regulatory Business team. This position offers the opportunity to be actively involved in client due diligence and regulatory matters, supporting both new client onboarding and ongoing regulatory monitoring.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Conducting regulatory tasks such as client due diligence, investor application reviews, and risk assessments.
Preparing documentation for new business acceptance committee meetings and drafting minutes.
Completing continued due diligence monitoring, including PEP and sanction reviews and annual client reviews.
Supporting clients and internal teams with regulatory queries and information requests.
Drafting applications and regulatory submissions for the GFSC and managing related filings.
Assisting with regulatory returns and maintaining accurate records.
Staying up to date with statutory and regulatory changes affecting clients and internal procedures.
Recording time daily in the billing system and undertaking additional duties as required.
Skills / Qualifications
The successful candidate will have experience in a regulatory, compliance, or similar role within financial services and ideally hold, or be willing to work towards, a compliance or AML qualification. Strong organisational and communication skills, an analytical mindset, and familiarity with GFSC regulations are essential.How To Apply
