The purpose of this role is to deliver excellent client administration to a portfolio of client trust and company structures and to support the Trust & Corporate.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Administration of a portfolio of entities.
Maintaining and building good relationships with clients and intermediaries.
Responding to all client communications within 24 hours.
Maintaining and updating Client Profiles and Risk Assessments.
Signing off Periodic Reviews within 3 months of receipt.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess at least five GCSEs (or equivalent) with grades of C or above in English and Mathematics. They should have a minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role, preferably within Fiduciary Services. Additionally, the candidate should be open to pursuing a relevant professional qualification, such as STEP, ICSA, or ACCA.
