This is an exciting six-month fixed-term opportunity to work in capital markets with a locally-based company that has global ambitions. The Analyst will collaborate closely with the Listings and Market Regulation department.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Processing further issues, partial redemptions, delisting applications, and change requests (e.g., issuer name, registered office).
Peer reviewing listing application filings and risk assessments.
Inputting and screening directors.
Conducting risk reviews.
Supporting an ongoing internal project, including data cleansing and user acceptance testing for a new system.
Providing ad hoc support to the Listings and Market Regulation departments as needed.

Skills / Qualifications

Our client is looking for an A Level/Degree qualified candidate who has strong attention to detail, a proactive and analytical mindset, and a curious nature. The ideal candidate should work well in a regulated environment, both independently and in a team with minimal supervision. They should be methodical, organised, able to handle pressure and meet deadlines, with excellent communication skills, confidence, and self-motivation. Experience in a related field (law, finance, business, AML/CFT) would be advantageous.
