A leading organisation is seeking a Project Administrator to join their team on a fixed-term contract (ending October 2025). This full-time role involves performing various administrative duties to support project delivery, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Creating and maintaining project libraries, plans, and filing, recording, and reporting systems.
Assisting in the coordination of all project activities.
Maintaining project management methods, standards, and processes.
Advising and supporting the business on procedures, disciplines, and recording/reporting requirements.
Tracking risk and issue logs, as well as change control data.
Developing and maintaining effective communication systems for the project team.
Producing project summary reports and coordinating the preparation of other required reports.
Assisting with additional administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Adhering to CPD (Continued Professional Development) requirements and the organisation’s core values and expected behaviours.
