Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Contact & Data Administrator to join their Operations team on a temporary contract of 1 year. This role involves providing administrative support for client data management, ensuring compliance with Client Due Diligence (CDD) requirements, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Managing administration requests accurately and on time.
Conducting client contact to collect information and perform certifications.
Reviewing CDD and ensuring AML compliance.
Inputting and approving customer profiles, monitoring risk.
Resolving complaints and supporting reporting tasks.
Collaborating with internal teams and contributing to projects.
Updating procedures and mitigating operational risks effectively.
