Our client is seeking a Financial Risk and Reporting Senior Associate to join a high-performing internal finance team. In this role, you’ll support financial reporting, operations, and risk management within a dedicated Financial Risk and Reporting team, which plays a crucial role in Finance and Procurement. This team ensures strong financial governance, compliance, and integrity while fostering a proactive, honest, and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

The duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Working closely with the Financial Risk and Reporting Lead to oversee outsourced accounts payable and receivable functions, support financial reporting, and assist in annual audits.
Managing invoice processes, supplier onboarding, payment authorisations, cash flow forecasting, and dispute resolutions.
Handling financial bookkeeping, preparing accruals and reconciliations, and assisting with the preparation of annual financial statements under IFRS.
Overseeing fixed asset management.
Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Financial Risk and Reporting Lead.

Skills / Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a thorough understanding of accounting standards, with particular expertise in financial reporting and analysis. They should be technologically adept, commercially astute, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication are essential and familiarity with SAP, Sage, and PowerBI is advantageous.
