Our client is looking for a meticulous and innovative Research Analyst to join their dynamic team. This exciting role offers the chance to work on diverse research and consultancy projects, applying both qualitative and quantitative methods to deliver impactful insights.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Designing and planning research projects, considering objectives and budget constraints.
Applying quantitative and qualitative research methods, including developing research tools such as questionnaires and topic guides.
Coordinating and facilitating data collection via online and face-to-face surveys, focus groups, and interviews.
Analysing statistical data using Microsoft Excel and preparing clear, data-driven reports using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Ensuring all research activities align with professional standards, such as the Market Research Society’s Code of Conduct.
Preparing client proposals and documentation while liaising with clients and attending meetings.
Managing marketing initiatives using social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent planning and organisational skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities. They should be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects effectively, and have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
