In line with ongoing growth, an exciting new role has opened for a Sanctions Screening Analyst. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to compliance and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to;
Reviewing and analysing customer alerts for sanctions, terrorism, PEP, and enforcement, confirming matches, discounting false positives, and escalating cases as needed.
Conducting adverse media screenings, flagging financial crime risks for further review. Utilizing systems and investigative tools to mitigate risks, and accurately update team trackers with timely MI for the Team Lead.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to maintain exceptional quality and competency standards, supporting system changes as necessary. Operate in alignment with the Bank’s Risk Management framework and relevant risk and compliance policies while ensuring timely and appropriate escalation of any issues to the line manager.
