Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Assisting with the preparation of quarterly and year-end internal reporting and financial statements.
Supporting debt collection, cash flow management, and analysis of financial transactions.
Managing records of time and fee transactions, ensuring accurate reporting.
Reconciling bank accounts weekly and ensuring all financial data is up to date.
Liaising with colleagues on timesheets, disbursements, and expense approvals.
Processing and drafting payment instructions for expense invoices.
Undertaking general finance administration tasks, including bookkeeping support.
Ensuring the completion and accuracy of timekeeping records within the system.
