This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading independent private client firm that has been delivering excellence since 1977. With a strong reputation for providing expert financial and trust services, they are looking for a Senior Finance Administrator to support internal financial reporting, cash flow management, and administrative finance functions.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with the preparation of quarterly and year-end internal reporting and financial statements.
Supporting debt collection, cash flow management, and analysis of financial transactions.
Managing records of time and fee transactions, ensuring accurate reporting.
Reconciling bank accounts weekly and ensuring all financial data is up to date.
Liaising with colleagues on timesheets, disbursements, and expense approvals.
Processing and drafting payment instructions for expense invoices.
Undertaking general finance administration tasks, including bookkeeping support.
Ensuring the completion and accuracy of timekeeping records within the system.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of internal finance activities and be working towards or interested in obtaining a relevant qualification such as FIA or CAT. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different audiences will be key, alongside excellent organisational abilities to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
