Our client is looking for an experienced and qualified Trust Manager to join their Client Services team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of high-risk trust and company clients.

Location

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Managing client relationships including client meetings, responding to queries and information requests received from underlying clients, beneficiaries and settlors.
Liaising with intermediaries and advisors.
Reviewing trust and corporate documents including memorandum and articles, settlement instruments and letters of wishes.
Preparing/reviewing minutes, corporate authorities, shareholder resolutions and statutory returns.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be STEP qualified (or equivalent), with approximately 10 years of industry experience and a solid understanding of tax regulations and requirements, including FATCA and CRS. They should also have a proven ability to manage their own caseloads, including complex and high-risk cases.
