The Senior Trust Officer will be responsible for managing the provision of efficient and professional services to a portfolio of complex and demanding companies and trusts.

Assist in the management of administrative and clerical duties within a team of Trust and Company Administrators, ensuring adherence to service levels and business standards.Accurately record time spent on cases and strive to meet set targets.
Maintain close, professional relationships with selected clients and intermediaries to identify business development opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards within the Trust Administration team.
Review investment and financial reports for approval by Managers or Directors within designated timelines.
Contribute to staff training and development, offering intermediate fiduciary knowledge and guidance to team members.
Review internal procedures with Managers, promoting the business’s standards.
Manage projects and handle other responsibilities as required by the role.
Complete at least 20 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) annually, maintaining records of this activity.
Skills / Qualifications
At least five years of experience in fiduciary services.A relevant professional qualification (e.g., STEP Diploma or NVQ4) or be close to completing one.
Self-motivation and a commitment to business excellence.
Proficiency in client relationship management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Capability and willingness to supervise staff and contribute to their development.
Active pursuit of professional qualifications.
