This investments management business is looking for a Senior Manager, Trust Operations to join their team. The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency, client service quality, and supporting continuous improvements across trust processes and systems. This position includes collaboration with senior leaders in key areas such as compliance, finance, and new business.

Responsibilities

Refine and oversee trust operational processes, driving continuous improvement.
Support and train trust teams, acting as an “A” Signatory and managing key client relationships.
Collaborate with senior leaders across functions like Compliance, Accounts, and Tax to enhance service delivery.
Ensure financial performance through efficient billing, timesheet, and debt management.
Work with Finance teams on quarter-end and annual billing processes.
Lead technology and systems projects, coordinating change management initiatives.
Oversee the implementation of enterprise software and ensure operational efficiency and data security.

Skills / Qualifications

Proven leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
Experience with systems such as Nav 1, Viewpoint, or 5 Series preferred.
Strong analytical and investigative skills, with high IT literacy (advanced MS Excel skills desirable).
Experience providing leadership at board sub-committees, including IT, Property, and Staff Empowerment.
Someone with extremely good communication and organisation skills, with a can do attitude.
An interest and or knowledge of Technology and enterprise software solutions would be a positive.
