Our client is a growing, independently owned Trust Company seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join their Client Services team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone with trust administration experience to develop their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with the setup and administration of Trust, Company, and Pension relationships, including payments and drafting resolutions.
Communicating professionally with clients, intermediaries, and other stakeholders.
Maintaining statutory records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Upholding company standards, policies, and procedures while adhering to compliance and anti-money laundering practices.
Identifying problems and addressing challenges proactively.
Undertaking ad hoc tasks as required to support the team and business operations.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of trust administration experience and be capable of working both autonomously and as part of a busy team. Strong verbal and written communication skills, numeracy, and computer literacy are essential. Candidates should also demonstrate flexibility and accuracy under pressure. Holding or working towards a STEP Diploma, or being willing to complete it, is preferred.
