Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and entities by collating and reviewing customer due diligence (CDD) and preparing Relationship Risk Assessments (RRAs).
Maintaining trackers to monitor client onboarding during fund closes.
Supporting CDD deficiency remediation tasks in the database and updating RRAs for periodic reviews.
Managing client data in various systems and ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
Handling ad-hoc client requests and participating in project work as required by the team.
Contributing to compliance by undertaking training, responding to queries from business teams, and suggesting workflow enhancements.
Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and controls to optimise business service delivery.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a recent school leaver, graduate, or someone with 1–2 years of experience in the finance sector looking for a career change. A proactive learner with strong IT skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities will thrive in this role. A commitment to studying towards a professional qualification such as ICA or CGI (ICSA) is essential, with training and support tailored to individual needs.
