Our client, an independent data protection regulator dedicated to empowering organisations and individuals under the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, is renowned for their dynamic and inclusive workplace culture. They are now seeking an Accounts and Registrations Administrator, a critical role in ensuring compliance and operational excellence in an evolving regulatory environment.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Managing the data protection register, providing guidance, approving, and processing registrations and payments.
Maintaining accurate records and reporting lapsed registrations.
Acting as a first point of contact, offering initial guidance on data protection issues via email, mail, and telephone.
Performing bookkeeping tasks, including payment processing and credit card reconciliations.
Producing management information reports to support operational monitoring and contribute to annual reports.
Assisting team members with research, project work, and administrative tasks.
Providing comprehensive administrative support, managing office resources, and coordinating with suppliers.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be organised, meticulous, and customer-service focused, with a strong ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of detail and accuracy. Prior experience in administration, including basic bookkeeping, is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.How To Apply
