Join our clients' dynamic insurance team where no two days are the same. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse range of claims, from motor incidents to property damage, ensuring outstanding service and optimal outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Handling motor claims from initial notification through to resolution, ensuring efficient processing and fair outcomes.
Investigating the circumstances of claims, gathering relevant information, and liaising with clients, brokers, and third-party insurers.
Working closely with suppliers such as motor engineers and repairers to ensure timely and appropriate claim settlements.
Assessing each claim individually, using sound judgement and analytical skills to determine the best course of action.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring clear, professional communication at all times.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or 4-9), including Maths and English. A Cert CII qualification (or willingness to work towards it) would be advantageous. The role requires a keen eye for detail and a structured approach to problem-solving. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage confidently with customers and stakeholders. The candidate should possess a positive and inquisitive mindset and be eager to learn and develop in the insurance industry.
