Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Managing a portfolio of high net-worth private clients, ensuring exceptional service and expert guidance.
Providing professional customer service, offering tailored insurance solutions both face-to-face and via telephone/email.
Issuing new policies, adjustments, and renewals for high net-worth contracts and standard personal insurance products where appropriate.
Taking responsibility for a book of clients, maintaining strong relationships and retention levels.
Organising and attending campaigns and events to promote services, including those outside normal working hours.
Ensuring timely collection of insurance premiums and accurate processing of all relevant documentation.
Developing strong working relationships with clients to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Driving results in client retention and business growth while working towards departmental targets.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have confident and effective communication skills, including excellent telephone etiquette and strong written abilities. They should demonstrate close attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of their work. Experience in delivering outstanding customer service is essential, particularly when dealing with high net-worth individuals. The ability to work effectively under pressure and without supervision is key, along with a strong team-oriented mindset. Candidates should either hold the Cert CII qualification or be willing to work towards it through the Chartered Insurance Institute. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook is also required.
