As part of this exciting evolution, they are seeking a temporary Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping the People and Culture function for 6 months.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
Supporting local leadership with best practice advice on employee relations and strategic initiatives.
Providing guidance on wellbeing, diversity, inclusion, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Reviewing and enhancing global HR policies and processes to drive efficiency and improvement.
Leading and contributing to projects that support the delivery of the People Strategy.
Advising employees on benefits, policies, and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Assisting with payroll processes and embedding the company’s core values across the workforce.
Collaborating with external partners, such as legal advisors, benefit providers, and recruitment agencies.
