This is a 4-6 month contract for someone with experience in managing products within the Consumer or SME market as well as a good understanding of IT and Telecommunications technologies.

Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to:Developing and managing mobile products and related service strategies and solutions.
Ensuring all products under your management maximise their digital potential, focusing on customer journey and support.
Aiming to enhance the customer experience while minimising support effort and cost.
Reviewing and reporting on performance with the Head of Product and other relevant stakeholders, making recommendations to improve performance and maximize Sure’s potential for market share, revenue, and margin growth.
Conducting in-depth reviews of the mobile product portfolio from customer, financial, market, and technical perspectives to assess their viability in relation to current objectives and overall business strategy.
