Known for its expertise in employee benefit trusts, share plan trusts, and corporate incentive structures, our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Trust Administrator. In this role, you’ll provide essential support in managing client portfolios, maintaining statutory records, and delivering exceptional service to clients and intermediaries.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Assisting Trust Officers and Managers in administering a portfolio of employee benefit trusts, share plan trusts, and nominee arrangements.
Maintaining statutory records, bookkeeping, and handling relevant accounting tasks.
Managing client communication and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Supporting risk management processes by identifying and mitigating potential risks within the portfolio.
Assisting in the collection of fees, reviewing WIP (Work in Progress), and highlighting revenue opportunities.
Ensuring client commitments are met within agreed deadlines and quality standards.
Collaborating with colleagues to develop strong working relationships and supporting less experienced team members.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of relevant industry experience and a strong understanding of trust administration principles. They will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining excellent client service standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and build lasting client relationships. Candidates should be working towards a relevant professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA and be educated to a minimum of GCSE or A-Level standard. A proactive approach, flexibility, and a commitment to professional development will be key to success in this role.
