In this role, you’ll provide essential support in managing client portfolios, maintaining statutory records, and delivering exceptional service to clients and intermediaries.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Assisting Trust Officers and Managers in administering a portfolio of employee benefit trusts, share plan trusts, and nominee arrangements.
Maintaining statutory records, bookkeeping, and handling relevant accounting tasks.
Managing client communication and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Supporting risk management processes by identifying and mitigating potential risks within the portfolio.
Assisting in the collection of fees, reviewing WIP (Work in Progress), and highlighting revenue opportunities.
Ensuring client commitments are met within agreed deadlines and quality standards.
Collaborating with colleagues to develop strong working relationships and supporting less experienced team members.
