Our client is a globally recognised leader in business, legal, and financial services. With a strong presence across over 140 jurisdictions and a reputation for excellence, they are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join their Corporate Services team.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with the day-to-day administration of client structures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collaborating with lawyers, accountants, tax advisors, banks, and global colleagues to support client needs.
Preparing correspondence, updating client files, and drafting detailed minutes and meeting notes.
Managing fee collection processes, including chasing and resolving outstanding debts.
Addressing compliance review points and coordinating with the Accounts Team on financial matters.
Proactively engaging in personal and professional development using available resources.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a regulated finance or professional services environment, supported by a strong educational background. You may already be working towards a professional qualification such as CGI or STEP, or be eager to do so. With excellent organisational and communication skills, you will thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
