Our client is a forward-thinking and innovative organisation dedicated to delivering exceptional service and solutions to their clients. They are now looking for a meticulous and proactive Data Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

Collaborating with Client Services and the New Business team to ensure client records are accurate and up-to-date.
Creating and populating core client records, including account opening and tax documentation.
Maintaining client records and reporting contacts as instructed by Relationship Managers or other teams.
Updating and maintaining client payment details and promptly addressing data quality issues identified in exception reporting.
Setting up and maintaining operational data, including accounts, fee codes, commission rates, and security master data.
Communicating and assisting in streamlining operational processes by working with colleagues across departments.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will understand that clients are at the heart of everything the organisation does. You’ll have strong literacy and numeracy skills, an analytical mindset, and exceptional problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail is key, along with a proactive approach and clear communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential, and you should be comfortable managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
