Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Acting as the first point of contact for a select number of fund structures.
Coordinating legal, tax, and professional advice to support client needs.
Developing and maintaining Operational Procedures Manuals and ISAE checklist templates.
Leading client board meetings, shareholder meetings, and ensuring accurate minute reviews.
Overseeing the preparation, review, distribution, and regulatory filing of financial statements.
Performing as a “B” level four-eyes signatory for administration matters, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
Managing billing information for clients, including time analysis and aged debtors.
Supervising and contributing to the training and development of junior team members.
Participating in staff appraisals to support professional growth and team success.
