Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Cultivating and enhancing relationships with Guernsey Financial Intermediaries, aligning with the team’s strategic objectives.
Delivering on personal targets, including contributing to P&L through diversified income streams such as lending, deposits, foreign exchange, and wealth management.
Identifying new business opportunities and selectively developing relationships within the Trust and Corporate Service Provider market.
Ensuring rigorous adherence to risk management policies and local regulatory requirements.
Collaborating with internal teams to maximise opportunities and provide exceptional client service.
Supporting compliance and new business processes, including AML/CFT procedures.
Organising and participating in client engagement activities and entertainment programmes.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial and results-driven individual with a proven track record in financial services. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with the ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks. Strong influencing capabilities, a client-centric mindset, and a solid understanding of products such as capital markets, treasury, and lending are essential.
