Our client, a trailblazer in fund administration, private client, and corporate services, is embarking on an ambitious journey of growth and transformation. They are dedicated to investing in cutting-edge technology, employee training, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and wellbeing. As part of this exciting evolution, they are seeking a temporary Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping the People and Culture function for 6 months.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
Supporting local leadership with best practice advice on employee relations and strategic initiatives.
Providing guidance on wellbeing, diversity, inclusion, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Reviewing and enhancing global HR policies and processes to drive efficiency and improvement.
Leading and contributing to projects that support the delivery of the People Strategy.
Advising employees on benefits, policies, and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Assisting with payroll processes and embedding the company’s core values across the workforce.
Collaborating with external partners, such as legal advisors, benefit providers, and recruitment agencies.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a proactive and resourceful HR practitioner with a strong generalist background. They will have a deep understanding of employment law and regulations, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships at all organisational levels.
