As a Trust Officer, you’ll play a key role in managing client portfolios, ensuring efficient administration, and building strong relationships with clients and intermediaries, all while contributing to the smooth running of operations.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Administering Trust, Company, and Private Client relationships in line with relevant terms and regulations.
Drafting trust and company minutes, correspondence, and maintaining meticulous records.
Handling client and intermediary communications confidently and professionally.
Managing workflows effectively to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Identifying and addressing potential issues early, ensuring proactive problem-solving.
Maintaining compliance with company secretarial, anti-money laundering, and confidentiality practices.
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the efficient operation of client portfolios.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in trust and be either part-qualified or willing to pursue a professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA, ACCA, or ACA. They should possess excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive attitude and the ability to contribute effectively to a busy team environment.
